Trico homes provided good quality, values with at most professionalism. They're responsive and on time for any requests from a home owner.

We bought our house from Trico homes and we had a very good experience overall starting from initial signing process, design center, mechanical walkthrough and the final handover of the house. Most good part was getting the progress updates with photos. Overall build quality is good and we are happy with our house purchase.

I am a first time buyer and purchased a Trico home out of province. To say its been nothing but smooth and easy is an understatement. I was able to talk to a representative without hesitation anytime to get the status of my build. They also use a third party service to make sure that my move went smoothly, to ordering garbage bins to postal keys to providing correct links to services. I can honestly say Trico goes above and beyond in making a home owner feel heard and confident in their purchase.

I cannot recommend Trico Homes. I have tried contacting their senior leadership directly and they have brushed my concerns aside. The house I bought is full of defects and was not ready on the day of possession. Too many obvious mistakes are present. Their sales material states they have "built a reputation of trust and integrity by treating every client and employee like family..". Trico Homes has not done that in my case. Perhaps my home was the exception. Perhaps not. I am disappointed Trico Homes leadership team has chosen to ignore and dismiss me in such a cruel manner. This is not the way their sales material or marketing states they treat customers.

We recently built our home with Trico and have been very impressed with them! It was our first time buying, and they made the process very simple and pleasant. All the staff we dealt with along the way were extremely helpful and attentive to details as well as our needs. Upon completing the first inspection, there were very few issues that needed to be fixed (all minor things), and this was completed promptly before our possession. We would highly recommend their services!

Buying a house from Trico was an outstanding experience. From the first rep to the last, all were thoroughly professional. Whenever I contacted the team for any querries, I was promptly answered with complete clarity. Even after taking possession of the house, if I encountered any problem (which were very minor and few) they were handled very promptly and a resolution found quickly. I can say with 100% surety that If I ever buy another house, it will only be from Trico. Rest assured Trico is t he way to go.

What kind of driveway is that? In just over 2 years it is completely destroyed and you say it is salt? Salt was never used on this driveway and the neighbors' driveway are all perfect. Please do not think only of the company's profit but also care about your customer.
