We bought home from Trico home and it was a delightful experience. It's new construction home we booked in Feb 2023 and got possesion on Mar 2024.
Journey was good and we got regular updates about the construction and different teams helped us in understanding every aspects of home.
Construction quality is good and admired by our friend and family.
Hopefully we get good service and warranty through out the warranty period.
Definitely recommend Trico homes.
