New Home (Front Garage) Purchase
My wife and I purchased a home with Trico back in early 2020. We moved into our new home in fall of 2020 and after the first six months, we still fall in love with it!
Everyone from the sales, design centre, build, and warranty departments were great at helping us along the way. Staff were all friendly and personal in a way that new home builds should be.
As first time home owners, we felt confident in all our decisions and our final product in the end. Everything was completed with good quality. As far as new home builds go, the only issues we have had are the ones that come with new construction and seasonal changes.
If we build in the future, we would certainly consider working with Trico again!
