Quick Possession Home Purchase
We bought a home on a very very tight deadline back in May. Trico had a great home layout in Midtown that was shown to us less than 20 days before possession date was needed. Jayce and Daniel at the sales center in Midtown worked closely with our Realtor to keep the process moving quickly, and were able to work with us to still get the needed amenities (appliances etc) in short order and delivered before possession.
We appreciated the close communication with Jayce, and his focus on making sure we were happy. Follow-ups we're diligent and frequent - so nice having such a great resource only a text message away!
