We recently purchased a home from Trico and took posession in July 2018. We are very pleased to have chosen Trico as our builder as we have nothing but praises to them from Sales to Design Centre to Service/Warranty. Everyone especially Ted and Jordan made it possible for us to build our dream home. We feel that our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The only issue though is the awkward placement of the downspout by the sidewalk which for us is a safety concern. It’s sad to know that someone has already complained about it last year but they still continue to do it anyway. Other than that though, we are very happy with our house and the community in Nolan Hill. We hope Trico will continue to provide excellent service to the homeowners.

Ted and Jordan are work very well together and have a very positive dynamic. Regarding the downspout across the sidewalk... This is a common concern with most builders. We've looked at several ways to change this design, and one by putting the drain under the sidewalk. With that design it created more problems when the ice would freeze and thaw causing back up and more potential hazards. With that said; we will continue to look for other ways to address this concerns. I'm happy to hear you are overall very happy with your new home in Nolan Hill.
