We decided to go for Tricohomes for our first new home building in Evanston after searching for several models with different builders. Trico has several innovative models to choose from with the features we were looking for. Sales manager Ryan Campbell was amazing to help to choose different options in our home. Their upgrade costs were also reasonable.
Sarah Butt at the design center was wonderful to work with. Trico has very good reputation for quality home building and that we can see in the workmanship of different trades in our new home. Overall we are very happy about our new home from Trico.
