Between my wife and I, we have been through 5 home purchases - both new builds and purchasing existing homes.

Our experience with Trico was a mix of both - as we were shopping for our new house, we came across a quick possession home that Trico had available in Hillcrest. We both loved the house, and ended up purchasing it.

The possession experience was seamless, and Trico did a very thorough walk through with us, correcting any minor cosmetic deficiencies on the fly. All follow up items that we have noticed thus far have been dealt with very promptly and professionally.

All in all, we are very pleased with our new home purchase!
