Our experience with Trico Homes has been nothing but smooth! we are now settled into our forever home, and thanks to Erin and Jaimie from the Cochrane showhome, the tiny hiccups we ran into were nothing more than bumps. From deciding on a lot, to picking the model that worked best for our family, design center picks and completion, this experience was the polar opposite of when my parents built (with another company) in 1997.
I looked forward to the weekly emails from the girls about the progress that was being made, and loved the pictures they were able to include.
This is our forever home, and felt that way from day 1.
