We bought a spec home from Trico, and we have been pleased with our home. The warranty department has been exceptional with their service , Samantha responds immediately when we have any concerns and the trade guys are in as soon as possible.
We want to say a big thank you to Jake from Warranty for enlightening us on how to best maintain our new home. He has been there from Possession day, giving us tips and advice as first time home owners.
Way to go Trico. Good job .
