I just recently bought my first condo with Trico and it's been a great experience! I had a couple of minor issue that needed to be dealt with and being a mother with an infant isn't so easy to get things done or looked after but Trico was on their toes with their great customer service to keep me happy.
Trico is a company I would absolutely recommend to my family, friends or anyone for that matter.
