Trico is by far the easiest builder to work with. This is our third house that we build and Trico surpasses our expectations. First off Erin and Jamie were just amazing to deal with. They kept us calm when we were stressed and reassured us that everything was going to be perfect. Which it was!! They were always smiling and always ready to answer any questions. We never felt that we were dealing with sales people. They were just as concerned about our worries as we were. Very understanding and patient ladies. Thank you so much Erin and Jamie. We love our home.
