I will say, Trico Homes is the best in (design, quality, price, service, location).
Very satisfied with all of the above. We have been looking for a condo which can give us all the 5 things. Trico Homes has given us the best condo in the current market.
After the 5 things we also got the heated floor tiles, no gas combustion heating system which is not healthy. 9 foot ceilings, big windows.
Trico homes has Promised and delivered.
