We have been in our new Trico Fairmont home for almost a year and we love it!
From the first time we stepped in the show homes, we were drawn in by the unique floor plans and open concept!
Chalsey and her Sales Team were extremely knowledgable and guided us very well in making our initial choices for floor plan and home exterior. The home interior choices were well guided as well.
We were extremely impressed that there was a centre to view all of the interior choices at and interior designers to assist us. Since this process is done over 3 visits, it was more than adequate time, so we did not feel too rushed or pressured. Once we moved in to our home, Trico's first year of service was incomparable. Whenever we had an issue with our new home, Clayton was always over within a day and it would be fixed promptly. We love our new home and would definately build again with Trico!
