Once again Superior Home Improvements has gone above and beyond in customer service. Art, Dan and Jay came to replace my final 2 windows( I have been using Superior for 2 houses, doors and windows, since 2003). They were on time,courteous and conscientious, esp. with cleanup, and did the work quickly and efficiently.
The best thing about this wonderful company and thoughtful employees is that you never have to call and remind them of anything. When they say they will do it they always do, and in the exact time they say too. Jeff even watched for my GreenOn rebate and called me to get a signature that I missed before the deadline date. I’m only sorry that I have no more windows or doors to replace. I recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you everyone, you are all truly “Superior “!

Once again Superior came through with flying colours! Problem was a broken pin to attach an outer screen to the window and through their efforts we received a full screen replacement from the manufacturer at no cost. You can't ask for more than that! By the way, we still get compliments on our front door even after all this time.

They quoted us for all the windows and patio doors , you can order window by window if you wish.
Very professional staff, reasonable pricing and great workmanship.

My porch was a disaster just before I called Superior home improvements. This time the job was done properly;
started with a very modest estimate by Karl, a gentelman with tremendous competence who diagnosed the proble.
It was comleted precisely and accuratly in 2 days. I was amazed how Art ,who completed this project, made it look contemporary besides being functionary by taking care of each detail.

Had 2 very old windows on our second floor that needed replacement. Superior was very prompt and thorough in their responses to my inquiries. They were very easy to coordinate with to meet and discuss options, have windows measured, and ultimately installed.

On the day of installation, their men showed up on time and put down tarps to prevent tracking dirt through my house. They were quick and the windows look great. It was a very pleasant experience.

We looked around extensively over the past two years for a trusted and honest company to provide window replacement services. After receiving quotes from several companies over the past 2 years and hearing the catchy "sales pitch" and pressure tactics from one after the other we were continually skeptical about those we spoke with. After searching the web for detailed info on windows I stumbled across the web-site for Superior Home Improvements which was the equivalent of turning on a light after having been in the dark for so long. I was so impressed with the extensive details outlined on their website on how Art, Jeff and their crew go about renovating windows and doors the "right way". From the moment that we contacted Superior to provide us with an in-home quote and having met our salesperson Karl who was very informative, we knew this was the relationship that we wanted to commit to, in having our windows replaced. The job was extensive as we have 14 large windows replaced which was carried out professionally. There are certain aspects to every business relationship that go beyond the simple dollar quoted. It involves trust, honesty, transparency, openness, promise, fulfillment, gratification and so much more. Not only was this evident in everything we experienced with Art and his team, but they also installed a quality product, locally made, that is guaranteed for life. Even after the install was complete Superior Home Improvements contacted us to advise that they registered our window warranty on our behalf and took care of all of the details before, during and after the install meticulously. Without a doubt this was truly one of the best home improvement decisions we have made and look forward to using Superior Home Improvements again to eventually complete the remaining 4 windows and doors in the coming years. We just had 2 sets of patio doors installed and I must say this company has restored our faith in having work done in the home. The salesman, installers and office staff were excellent,as are the doors. Sheets were used to cover floors and surrounding furniture and everything was put back in place on completion.

After reading amazing reviews, I approached Superior Home Improvements, Ajax. I commend Karl for such a pleasant first visit and giving us an excellent customer service. Amazing precision and accuracy on Jeff's part and then last, but not at all the least, Jay finally made our patio door a reality. He entirely replaced a window installing a beautiful patio door, with such precision and tidiness. Leaving the site so clean and tidy, plus all over with such a kind demeanour..I am so impressed. Through it all, the company represented great customer service and I strongly recommend them. Keep up the great work you guys do!

I thank Jay for the amazing job of installing the windows. He has a great sense of humor and very personable. He left the work site clean. Everyone who has saw the windows and patio doors were commenting on how nice they looked. It does not even look like I changed them - it looks like it was built with the house. I am very pleased. This is the fourth time we have had Superior come to our home and replace windows. All our interactions with Superior have be exceptional. Installation went without a hitch. All debris was taken away. We are ecstatically happy with our new windows. We would and have recommended Superior.
