Highly commend the work done by Superior Home Imp. This is my second time with them (the patio door installation 5 years ago was fabulous). Right from the start when Karl visited & gave a quote till the project was fulfilled by Jay, every step was seamless & the customer service was always excellent. Also, to add, they’ve always gone above & beyond in so many ways. Trust me, there’s no competition, hands down the very best. Keep up the great job guys!

We had Superior Home Improvements in to replace a powder room window, bay window and sliding glass door for us in March 2021. Karl was very helpful and helped us choose the right products for our needs and budget. We felt confident in their expertise, particularly in bay windows. Jay took very accurate measurements and on install day everything fit like a glove. Their service was efficient, expertly handled and friendly. Superior Home Improvements just installed my new patio door and I want to say how happy I am with the job they did. I love my new door – it looks really nice, it’s solid, it glides so smoothly when opening/closing and I love the kicklock feature! It is a good quality door that will last a very long time. I can’t say enough about the customer service – it’s top notch! My dealings with Karl and Jay were nothing short of amazing from my initial call for a quote to the completion of my project. Karl was very quick to provide a quote and respond to any messages and both he and Jay were so nice to deal with. Jay did the installation and did a great job – he was punctual, got the job done in the timeline I was given, and cleaned up afterwards. These guys are reliable, hard working and always pleasant and professional. I will definitely be calling them when I need more work done. I highly recommend them!

The salesman, Karl, took the time when I was ordering to make sue that my front doors were the best match for the brick and that the large section at the top provided my raised bungalow with privacy. I had two other exterior doors installed and everything slides or closes so easily. Polite installers and great job all around. These guys were great. They responded quickly and gave a very detailed quote after spending a lot of time discussing my job. They had excellent solutions for challenges that my job presented - affordable and great looking way to cover up an old window. The installer came to measure additional challenging areas - old house - nothing is square. They were efficient, respectful and clean. Worked room by room. Removed old windows and weights with limited but necessary damage (removed posts). When I was not happy with the colour of the flashing (because the available brochures don't really represent the exact or right colour) they came up with a great solution and worked hard to make it right. The accomplished their goal and left me a fully satisfied customer. Plus I love my new back door especially - it lets in tonnes of light, no cold air and shuts tight with a feather touch!

We called for a quote after seeing a window on a neighbour’s home and the company was recommended by them. The quote was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. 3+ years after my windows and doors were installed, I had a problem with a double hung window. It will not stay up when I tried to open it. And also had a squeaky front door. Emailed Jeff, and he responded promptly. Art came out, even during the covid 19 pandemic. He fixed all the problems with expertise and was so courteous. He also found a wasp nest in one of the windows preventing it from closing properly.

I had the worst window in my front room. So bad that I didn’t sit in that room in the winter without a big sweater!
Now, I can sit in my living room with a t-shirt on! Art, Jeff and Dan were so thorough with this install and clean up. A friend came over that night and said “you can’t even tell they were here!”. Minimal damage done ( very minor just 2 very small spots around the framework), just a brush stroke of paint.
I love my new window!
