Divine does a fine job with hardwood. Roger and Leon are excellent and very professional. They'll explain exactly what they are doing and how it will look. Had an issue with the tiler in that the tile wasn't measured properly and left gaps close to the wall. A second installer was able to cover it with a tile surround. It took quite a bit longer but worked OK and at no extra cost to me. I'm satisfied with the outcome.

I had tile and hardwood installed throughout my house. The tile job was damned from the first piece that went down. The main contractor was sick and let his helper start. He laid the first piece in the middle of my ensuite bathroom. Leaving large gaps beside 2 of my walls. Disaster! The supervisor from Divine came to inspect and let them carry on. This went so bad that I had to insist it get torn out. They damaged my walls, cabinets and even my bathtub. didn't even have the courtesy to tell me. Just said that it can all be fixed. They don't care what YOU want and let their sub contractors do whatever. The main contractor hit my sons Acura TL while driving up to my house. He had NO insurance and NO registration! Police advised us to get whatever we could get from him, since it could be a nightmare if they fined him and caused him financial hardship. We had it fixed an absorbed some of the cost. Divine claimed that the sub is just that. A sub contractor and not a Divine employee. They stepped right away from it. This company is a wreck! Stay far away from them! The job did get finished, but only after a lot of frustration and it's not what I wanted. It's what it is though.
