I have never complained about any service in my life... But this is no excuse! We got 40cms of snow and they NEVER CAME!! I'm 8 mths pregnant and my husband had a knee surgery and a recent herniated disc in his back! We get this Cie and they never came!!! Not just that but their phones were not answered ALL day!! We had put our 3 cars in the street expecting them to come... And since they never did, we had to shovel the 40cms of snow ourselves and also try and get the three cars back into the driveway, which were now stuck in the street!! It is presently 1am and it started snowing nearly 24hrs ago.... NOTHING has been done!! I will demand a full refund tomorrow... This is just not right!
