An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I received a follow-up telephone call from Mr. Dan Marr to arrange a time for a home visit for him to survey my roof and eves trough and down spouts. Dan Marr arrived at the appointed time, with roofing samples for my approval, and explained the qualities of each.
Mr. D. Marr also supplied proof that his work crew was covered by Work Safe BC and a Certificate of Insurance and were Certified Master Shingle Applicators.
Mr. D. Marr and I went over the Scope of Work and Quotations.
Project Preparations, Removal of Existing Roof, Inspection of Roof and installation of Underlayment. Shingles, Venting, Flashings, New Gutter System, Project Clean-up. Gutter Warranties’ Asphalt Shingle Warranties Which I later received in the Post. I also took advantage of a roof and gutter discount from the overall price.
Mr. D. Marr gave me a written quote which was hundreds of dollars less the nearest well knowing competitor ,and did not require a down payment but payment was to be made within fourteen days of invoicing, or a two percent charge per month thereafter.
We then set a time for the ADANAC ROOFING LTD work crews to begin work. The old roof was removed and replaced and clean-up was done the same day and the gutters and down spouts the following day in two hours. The work crews cheerful and polite. As an O.A.P. I feel I received a square deal, and couldn’t be more satisfied.
