It was time for us to replace our cedar roof & had contacted a few different companies to provide quotes. Dan sat down with us to explain all the steps involved, took the time to answer all of our questions & even had samples put on our roof to assist with colour choices. Dan suggested different ways to have the gutters come down the roof that would be more aesthetically pleasing & more efficient. Dan was also easy to reach & quick to return calls regarding any questions we had during the decision making process. The quote provided was more than reasonable & even better when we decided to do the gutters. A full crew came on time and roof & gutters were completed in 4days as Dan had stated. The crew was professional, friendly & courteous. They cleaned up every night & everything was protected during demolition & installation. The crew for the gutters took their time to ensure everything was exactly the way we wanted before they left.

We were also impressed with the communication throughout the company, once we decided on the fine details with Dan, we never once had to go over them again, the crew for both the roof & gutters knew exactly what had to be done - even right down to the office staff (Trish), when sending our invoice - she was friendly & professional and took the time to ask us how our overall experience was.
