All the bad reviews are true. I wish these bad reviews existed when I signed up with them over 3 years ago. Just like everyone else, my experience with this company started out very well.
Now, I am on the hook to pay another company to come in to fix this company's efforts. Basically the new roofer came in and told me my roof was crap. You basically paid to allow someone to learn the trade because he had no clue what he was doing. The new roofer took pictures of all the holes that were now forming in my roof, the lack of attention to detail paid by the installer, and all the poor workmanship done on my roof. Every shortcut that could possible be done was taken by the installer, and now we are paying for it. For instance, the installer didn't install vents on my roofs as per code. In fact, we might actually need to start thinking about getting a new roof installed. Some much for the 50 years of worry free roofing I was promised.
Just like everyone else, I now have water coming into the home only after 3 years. When I called New Steel Roofers, my message went straight to voice mail. When I emailed them, my message were not returned. This went on for over 7 months. However, when I called pretending to want a new roof, I got a called within hours.
Stay away from this company. I have a feeling they might have gone under or might be changing their name. Please just stay away from anyone associated with this company. In my mind, they are a company who took our hard earn money by giving us a product that is useless.
