Phillips Moving & Storage

Have nothing but the best to say about Phillips. They moved us from Toronto to Calgary. The guys were friendly, professional and were very considerate with the other tenants in the building who were held up a bit by the move. The move itself went fast and our contact at Phillips was very good at communicating with us where our stuff was and when it would arrive. Everything arrived on time and in one piece. Would definitely recommend!!

Very impressed with Phillips. They moved us from Waterloo, Ontario to Brookings, South Dakota. We were kept in the loop the whole time and the movers were polite, easy to talk to, and careful with our stuff. Highly recommended!

the final move stage (from storage to house) is coming up .. the original consultation in Vancouver w/ Crescent Movers (agent to NA vanlines) was 8/10, the move pickup with Crescent was 3/10 (late, unorganized, 'the morning after' personnel, rushed, etc. .. we went into storage at North American Van Lines Agent Phillips Moving and Storage for the summer - and now the final move with Phillips is set for Tuesday, Owner and Lead Man Peter M. is accommodating and portrays confidence and professionalism - with a comforting personal side ... a final review will follow here and on other social/info media .. I anticipate a very favorable review for PMS [we'll hold to the 8/10 for now pending the final move experience]

One of the worst moving companies I've used. They sent two older gentlemen who looked and acted really tired, and someone else to stay down at the truck. At the end of the day, our move from one to another same exact size condo literally RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET took 1.5 hours longer than our move a few years ago from a huge house to a small condo 40km away. The condo move costed us 500.00 more than the estimate. They also left our mattress in the garbage room. I suspect this all took so long because that tired gentleman kind of just stood around really really slowly moving small boxes into the hallway. Like one box every few minutes, then stop to take a minute for a breathe, then anotehr box, etc... it was kind of ridiculous.

We contacted the company who told us this was all normal, so that just put the final nail in the coffin. IT's normal to leave someone's mattress in a garbage room.

Moved personal goods after my dad's passing away from Canada to USA. Moving consultant was excellent, helped me every step of the way, very professional, helpful, friendly. would recommend her/company to anybody moving

I wanted to share with you my experience with Bruce and the staff I worked with today during my move.
My expectations when I booked a move from Calgary to Toronto was simply safe delivery of the items. Not only was this done but the service, care and sincerity of the team today exceeded expectations.
I found Bruce and this team friendly, considerate and excited to be doing what they did. Your contractors offer a commodity - moving goods safely. What they do differently is take an interest in not only the shipment but the person on the other end.
