Terrible terrible experience....run away from this company....Very poor and unprofessional service. I had called to book a move a few weeks in advance, I spoke to the guy (Moe) for 20mins over phone to schedule a date, he told me you are all set and call back a couple of weeks before my date to finalize the plan. When I called back, they had NO record of my moving and I wasn’t even scheduled... the sale and customer service agents were very confused, unprofessional, and unhelpful. These guys are very disorganized. And basically DENIED everything. I would NOT rely on these people for my move...Absolutely NOT. Very disorganized.. Very poor communication skills... absolutely unprofessional.

Hello Sarah Z., we can confirm that we did provide you an "estimate" weeks ago and advised you a deposit is required in order to move forward. You phoned in june 9 to confirm that we had secured your move date and we were quick to tell you we had not, as you had never given us a deposit. You did confirm that you had never given us a deposit, yet you demanded we secure the date. We tried to help you work through the confusion as we advised you that if you don't give us a deposit then you do not have a contract with us. You proceeded to become very hostile to our staff so we advised you that we would not be doing business with you and wished you all the best with your relocation.
