One of the worst moving companies I've used. They sent two older gentlemen who looked and acted really tired, and someone else to stay down at the truck. At the end of the day, our move from one to another same exact size condo literally RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET took 1.5 hours longer than our move a few years ago from a huge house to a small condo 40km away. The condo move costed us 500.00 more than the estimate. They also left our mattress in the garbage room. I suspect this all took so long because that tired gentleman kind of just stood around really really slowly moving small boxes into the hallway. Like one box every few minutes, then stop to take a minute for a breathe, then anotehr box, etc... it was kind of ridiculous.
We contacted the company who told us this was all normal, so that just put the final nail in the coffin. IT's normal to leave someone's mattress in a garbage room.
