Incorrect stove

We went to Dufresne to only look at induction stoves. We did not look at any other range. We bought a LG induction stove. We thought. However the sales associate wrote down incorrect model number. Which we did not notice. We were told the wearhouse could hold our stove until we were ready for it as we were in the middle of a kitchen Reno. Only to be called 5 days later and told we HAD to pick it up now. Our kitchen wasnt ready for the new stove so it stayed store in our garage in the box for 2 months. Once we were ready for the stove we hooked it up and found out it was not the induction stove we thought we bought. It was a regular electric cook top. We called Dufresne and went down to speak with a manager and the sales associate. We have only been offered a 25% restocking charge to return the stove. Which is $450. Which is completely unreasonable for a mistake we did not make!!!
We had sent emails to the company and have heard nothing back. Dufresne is entirely uninterested in correcting their mistake. We are still waiting for some type of response from the company. I will never purchase anything from this company ever again. And would strongly suggest other do not either.
