Product and service

Purchased a sectional three years ago. Have now had to file a second warranty claim. After only two years of very minimal use the wooden structure of one of the seats completely broke. The seat had to be removed and taken away to be structurally rebuilt.
Now after only three years the finish on the sectional is peeling away. Ive filed a warranty claim yet again and am waiting for two weeks for the sevice center to even look at it.
I went to the store directly and was told there was nothing they could do.
I find it very disheartening that brand new expensive custom ordered furniture is only made to last two years. This is furniture that has been very gently used.
I dont know where else to go with my complaints so I am posting this very poor review of their product and response.
I guess we will see what happens after the service people finally get here.
