When switching from my very old PC (still working with Windows XP)to a newer one with Windows 7 as the operating system,

Chris arrived on time as promised and did the necessary
things to get the newer PC up and running.
His knowledge, as PC's are concerned, is impressive. He also answered patiently my questions in plain and understandable language.
