After a week of repeated "blue screen of death" on our main office computer, I found PC Service On Site and read their HomeStars reviews. Chris, a very capable and most personable young man came to our office and tried fix the problem, but ultimately had to take the computer away overnight. But he was back with the computer the next morning as promised, with everything fixed and restored. His explanations were clear, he was well-organized, he phoned a software provider to reinstate a subscription--and through it all he was so friendly and cheerful, adorable actually, that we hated to see him leave!

Thank you Helena for the review. The "blue screen of death" can be very frightening. I love how you shared that you wanted to keep him. And while we need him to help others he is always there for you. Hopefully you won't need to see him for awhile.
