Ordered a pair of mens moccasins from the mens section of the online menu. I was sent a pair of ladies moccasins. I reached out online and received an email apology for the error and was a told the mens style was out of stock. The store rep suggested some alternate styles and sent me a replacement pair at no additional cost to make it right.
