I had a terrific experience with Ontario Aluminum and glass. I called them after I saw their lawn sign on my street, on a good looking installation.
The estimator, Frank, who came out to my house was great to work with. We had a follow up meeting in the shop, where he showed me samples and patiently talked through all my questions.
The installers arrived right on time and everything was as specified. The crew foreman talked through each condition with me before starting (it's an old house with lots of querks). I very much appreciated their conscientious approach - they didn't just jam them in and leave, they asked all the right questions. They did a great job tidying up and were polite and nice guys.
I'm very surprised at the negative reviews. I will acknowledge that these are not 'Cadillac' products, but they are perfectly adequate, and the price was exceptional. Anyone who thinks they are getting high-end European windows for this price is delusional.
I would recommend Ontario Aluminum and Glass to anyone looking for average quality windows/ doors with a very high quality to cost ratio.
