Heating & Air Conditioning review in Whitchurch-Stouffville

We used Comfort Masters to service our furnace and fireplace, which desperately needed some attention. We also used them for duct cleaning. They do have friendly and knowledgeable staff.

There were a couple of hiccups along the way and some gaps in communication, but at the end they did good work and I know they due truly care about their customer's satisfaction.

Horrible Service!

First off the title should be Furnace/Fireplace Service and Duct cleaning, however their tech never showed to do the duct cleaning twice! No call or explanation given either time which is very frustrating as I had to take time off work both dates to be home for a no one to show.

Second issue. After getting our fireplace serviced, it was determined that our thermopiles needed to be replaced. I had to call 2 or 3 times to get a quote and finally get someone out to do the repair. Days later a tech came out and replaced the thermopiles, but clearly did not test the fireplace as it still did not work. I then had to call and schedule another tech to come out and do more work (free of charge) his advice is that we should have gotten the fireplace serviced. This tells me the fireplace was not serviced correctly in the first place.

All in all communication is very poor and I have to question the knowledge and customer service provided by the techs. I should not have to call repeatedly to get things done.
