Awful experience with the 2 men delivering the dishwasher from Ovation. Refused to remove shoe's or wear a delivery sock over shoes. They were rude and rushed. My kids felt like they were looking around the house while they were inside. Called customer service - they weren't interested in hearing what I had to say.
