New Exhaust vent comes damaged

Bought on line my vent & had it sent to my cabinet maker. when installed in my house it did not work, called 4 times and got no satisfaction. They always said someone will call for service but no one would come out to Port Dover to repair it.
Do not buy anything from these people on line, they source out their service work and really do not care about the sale once its done.
