Bought 2 appliances recently from CAS. Great showroom. Every model I wanted to see was there. Knowledgeable salespeople are there when you have questions but not in your face when you just want to look. Gave what I think are good discounts.
Picked up dishwasher myself from warehouse. Easy. They helped load it into my vehicle. Drive up to drive away maybe 20 minutes total and they seemed busy at the time.
Then washing machine crapped out a month later. Bought new one over the phone. Washers are heavy so I asked for basic delivery (no removal of old appliance or install of new). Delivery was excellent. Texted when they would be there. They unboxed, kept packing material and put washer inside. Courteous guys. There really was nothing they could have done better.
