Ali K from A1 Chesney Service Experts was excellent. He arrived on time, checked all our faucets, drains and toilets. He replaced 4 leaking faucets, cleared a blocked drain and reseated a leaking toilet. Ali explained the repairs while he worked and showed us how to fix small problems. He explained the options for water softeners and will be returning to install a water softener for us. Excellent work and sevice. Ali is knowledgeable, reliable, helpful and very pleasant to deal with - we highly recommend him.

We called A1 Chesney when our water tank gave up and they promptly sent out Ali K. Other shops were quoting a four day wait. Ali was friendly, assessed the issue efficiently and was able to replace our hot water tank the same afternoon. Very happy with Ali's service and expertise.

Our water heater stopped working and we had no hot water. Ali K. came first thing in the morning. Our hot water tank was 18 years old so Ali had to do extra work fitting the pipes. He was very pleasant and efficient. I appreciated that he laid flooring to protect our hardwood. My experience with A1 Chesney was excellent and I highly recommend them.

Booked an appointment for an estimate with A-1 Chesney. They called two days later to reschedule the appointment which was already six days away. Obviously not interested in selling me a central air conditioning unit.

Technician, Mr.Phil Sands, did the work very efficiently and inspected the water system including the water softener. He pointed out defects in the present system and corrected them. He advised to have the water softener replaced and arranged for this to be done next week. Excellent service.
