Mike with George arrived at the stated time and quickly proceeded with the installation of a new furnace and water tank. It was a difficult installation for the furnace as it is a horizontal furnace in a crawl space (about 4 feet high). They never complained and completed both installs. They then removed all the debris and after swept out the basement. Very well done. Thanks Guys.

Technician Ali was great, on time, professional, courteous and very good at explaining the problem with my hot water tank. Gave me a quote to repair but explained that a 9 year old tank was at its end of life due to corrosion inside. Suggested a great option of a rental plan as opposed to an outright purchase which would be extremely affordable and would provide peace of mind that all repairs and maintenance were covered through the plan. Seemed like a no-brainer to me because I did not have the funds available to purchase a new tank. Ali managed to put me in his schedule for the next day and in fact was able to arrive 2 hours ahead of schedule. His attention to detail of protecting my carpet and rest of my house was greatly appreciated. I didnt stand over his shoulder the whole time, just long enough to see that he takes pride in his work!
