I bought a new home and Service Experts was the furnace installer. The PVC that connects ventilation to the outside was cut and the plastic fillings had eventually settled into the furnace, (confirmed by two independent furnace specialists). It then caused multiple error readings (low press switch?) over time and, most recently, system failure in the middle of the night due to draining blockage. I would not normally report this 1 issue however, prior to this we had issues when the house was brand new, (under warranty) that were also not handled well. The humidifier was never hooked up. When I called it in afterwards I was asked for $150. (1 year after installation) In light of these multiple concerns I felt it appropriate to bring attention after the latest severe occurrence. Additionally, after I left a review on Google, I was promptly told to give them a call directly and leave a message, which I did. It took 3 months to hear back from them. POOR INSTALL, POOR HOME SERVICE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
