We heard good things about this place, and had nothing but troubles from the start. The technician was late for the first appointment, and had the nerve to say to us "Well you can't wait 10 more minutes?". The second appointment they called to tell us they bumped us further because another customer was only available in the morning. So certain customers take precedence over others? We had no choice either, we were basically told this is our new time. Then when it came time for install, a second technician told me the previous technician gave us the wrong information and the prep we did was wrong. We also bought a fan kit for the fireplace, which they installed and left the control for the switch inside the fireplace! I called the manufacturer this time, who informed me they will do that if we request them to. Usually it's installed outside of the fireplace, obviously. You would think with their level of "experience", they would tell the customer this so we can decide what to do. Just a horrible experience overall and would not recommend this place.
