Installation was good. However I had issues with 3 of the doors.
It took more than 3 months for Tony to return to repair the problems I had with the doors. Was not happy with how long it took for return calls or emails after they received the initial deposit. Seemed like once they had their deposit they didn't care to respond to my queries, and once they had their full payment warranty service seemed almost non existent. I had the doors installed in November of 2018 called the same month for issues and didn't get service until April 17, 2019.

Thank you Mr. Kaiser for taking the time to review us on Homestars. We do try to service our jobs in a timely manner, as we did with your initial concern on November 20, 2018, where we responded on the same day and we sent our crew out on November 22, 2018 for your service. In investigating this service issue from December, I have noted that there had been a continuous response to your emails within a day or two regarding your concerns with the door. We did have our service technician come out on December 28, 2018 to address the issues. On March 2, 2019, you sent another e-mail with some concerns and we came out on April 17, 2019 to address and complete all services regarding the doors. Due to the extreme weather and ice during the winter, we minimized our installations and services due to the safety of our crews. Your job is deemed completed and all services have been completed. We did not receive full payment on your contract contrary to your review and there is an outstanding balance which we have brought to your attention.
