We're glad that we went ahead to hire Ted to inspection the apartment we considered to purchase as our first home. Ted clearly explained literally everything he looked at to us during the inspection. Home buyers should be very selective about home inspectors they consider hiring. Buying a home is a big investment. Therefore home buyers should take every caution to find a right inspector. A 90-minute inspection would not do any good. What you pay is what you get. You want to pay for honesty, thoroughness and quality.
