Technicien was very unprofessional left my furnace room in a mess wires everywhere- system completely broke down a week after his visit I called to complain no return call - I am stuck with a new thermostat that I cant even use in my new system

Service technicians not professional

Service technicians are not professional, service manager as well. Have been a service and new furnace customer, now looking for a new A/C unit, will not purchase anything more from them or use them for service. Shop around, there are other businesses out there who will appreciate you as a client.
