Hot Water Rad System Pump Replacement
During a long and protracted deep freeze in Toronto (with temperatures dropping below -30degrees C routinely), our hot water radiation system's pump started to conk out. We contacted Mark, and within a day he was able to come by, diagnose the problematic pump. His top level professionalism was immediately apparent, as both an electrician and plumber. He sourced the replacement pump (finding as best a deal as possible too!), and installed it within a day. He was easily reachable by telephone, was easily approachable, and was also an all around sweet person.
