After contacting a dozen other electricians, Mark was the only who got back to me in a timely fashion and with a reasonalbe price quotation. It seems like all the other GTA electricians and companies only answer to big, complicated jobs.
Mark scheduled me for an appointment later that week on a Sunday, which was very much appreciated. On the day of installation, he texted to confirm that he was on his way and arrived just before the scheduled time. After his colleague finished the pendant installation and cleaned up (including taking away the extra cables, random packaging etc), Mark came back to check and make sure everything was working and looked good.
I would definitely recommend House Depot for any random electrical jobs and will be contacting them in the future.
