Royal Roof quoted all of the right materials and because of the request for a better (but significantly more expensive product, unknown at the time) missed in the quotation, stood by the quote without question and took no shortcuts to complete the work at the original quoted price. This is first class customer service and commitment to the customer which is rarely seen these days of making a quick buck. Additionally, having been in the construction industry, I can say that they do the job right, no exceptions from start to cleaned up finish. OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!

- Lowest cost is not always best, compare quotes and products provided. Good contractors have no problem in in saying how a project can be done cheaper or more expensive while explaining the benefits and pitfalls of both.
