All Weather Windows Renovations

Brenda Redwood, my sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable about All Weather Window products - there was not one question she could not answer. I like dealing with sales people who have a passion for the products they are selling. I replaced 27 windows and 2 doors. Brenda gave me great suggestions on changing some of the window designs to give my house a more updated look. I am very pleased with the final outcome. The installers - Travis, Jeff & Chris - were very professional, neat & efficient. Their attention to detail was so appreciated. I am so pleased with the entire process that I would highly recommend All Weather Windows to my family, friends & neighbours.

All Weather Windows installed all the windows in our house, including 2 patio doors, skylights, and floor to ceiling windows. We purchased casement double pane windows. A testament to their amazing customer service was when, after a year, a bay window in the kitchen cracked for no apparent reason. Although it was out of warranty, All Weather Windows were willing to replace the window without cost to us. We really appreciate their service; highly recommended for good quality products and great to work with.

Used All Wather Windows twice to have a total of 12 windows replaced. One window was measured wrong which took an additional 2 months to fix before it was installed. Duting instalation walls were damaged in three different spots by the crew removing the old window and putting the new one in, I believe damages could have been avoided if the crew wasn't trying to finish things so quicly. Also at instalation two of the windows were difficult to open and I was told it was because they were new and that the problem would correct itself. After one year the windows were still difficult to open and when I called to have this fixed I was told it would cost me $100 just to have someone come take a look at them plus the cost of any repairs.

I have been having windows installed in rental properties for 15 years and this is by far the best experience I have encountered. I will be dealing direct with All Weather Windows in the future throughout Alberta. Brend a Redwood is the perrson to contact. Very knowledgeable and professional.

We had several companies come into our home for quotes. We found that All Weather offered an excellent product at a very competative price. We liked that their doors are made so close to home. John, our sales rep, offered us some very useful suggestions that we didn't get from anyone else. As a result we have two doors that look great & work wonderfully for our home and our family. Our installers were proffesional, tidy and efficient. The only "service" that they weren't able to offer was to paint the door for us. All in all a great experience, we will be calling them again when we need to replace our windows.

We recently had our main floor windows replaced and I wish to commend the installation crew, Stan & Chad. These guys were awesome; they were pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and tidy. Drop cloths protected our furniture, the job was done when scheduled.
I would certainly recommend All Weather Windows to others.

Very competant and friendly installer, Demitri, did the work in very efficient time, no mess left behind; two windows replaced and trim finished in 4 hours!He made sure that I was happy with the job before he left.

I own a Interior Design company an have relayed on All Weather window renovation division to supply and install replacement windows and doors on most of my projects. This company is responsive to questions from the home owners have ,fair and reasonable pricing and I can honestly say they have great installation crews. "On time and budget"

The team of three installers showed up first thing in the morning and immediately got to work. We were amazed at how quickly and efficiently they removed the existing windows and in such a short time span. The rest of the time was spent installing the new windows. It was like watching well oiled machines! They knew exactly what they needed to do and they did it with absolute expertise. They were always polite, professional and focused on the job at hand. I would also like to point out that when the job was complete everything was cleaned up, windows were brightly shined and there was not even the slightest bit of damage to any of the walls.

A few yrs ago we had All Weather Windows recommended to us by our neighbor; A Rep came and gave us an estimate which we thought was reasonable and signed up to have them do our doors. Subsequently they installed both our doors all within one day. We were happy with their work and they also cleaned up after themselves so that we didn't have to do any extra cleaning up.
