We agreed at 6.30 pm that a person would come and measure 9 windows for us. They did not wait for it. As soon as we got through to him, he said that he had already come to us earlier than the appointed time. Didn't even call us. I think that this is how they work without respect for the client.

In speaking with Ryan this was a misunderstanding as he had the appointment booked for 6 p.m. and did wait quite awhile while trying to reach you over the phone before leaving.
