Flooring Diva

We had 12 mm laminate flooring and primed baseboards that we purchased from Flooring Diva installed in three of our four bedrooms in early February of this year. We were very pleased with the results. The price, product quality and the installation process was far better than we expected. We felt that we had a very high quality product for the amount of money that we spent. The installers were very polite and very fast! We were told that they would be at out house at 9 am and be finished by 4 pm. Well, they arrived at 8:30 am and were completely cleaned up and gone by 1:30 pm.
We definitely use Flooring Diva again, and I have already recommended them to others.

I recently had the pleasure of having new floors installed through Floor Diva, their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service are without equal. Jessie and Kevin provide service that is exemplary, their installers arrived on time, and finished the job in the time frame promised all the while doing a beautiful job, complete with clean up after they were finished, They also did a touch up for me on a DIY project that I had completed that wasn't quite up to par, they offered suggestions and made the touch ups for me that made all difference in the world.
If you are looking for a company that puts their customers first, listens to their needs, budget, and vision than look no further.
I have recommended them to friends and family in the past and will continue to use them and to refer them too.

The guys installing the hardwood were absolutely fantastic. They worked very quickly under a time constraint yet the job was still done very well. A few boards needed touch ups and they came back the next week no problem to fix them. The floors look incredible and it was half the price of the builder's estimate. The 2 younger guys installing were very nice, friendly, easy to work with, and flexible. I would definitely use this company again!

purchased and had carpet, backsplash and travertine installed this year. Flor Diva have great knowledge of their products and their installers did an excellent job. Afterwards Kevin from Flor Diva came by to make sure their work was excellent. I will certainly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Istallation was terrible, installers were 3 hours late both days, scratched the heck out of my front deck, stained the basement stairs and the install was sub-par. They sent 3 big guys to ensure they got their money and once they had it they gave me excuse after excuse and never fixed it. I will not use them ever again and would suggest that you find someone else to supply and install flooring in your house.

This is an amazing company. We have had several jobs done by Floor Diva. The installers are polite and clean. They get the work done quickly and always clean up before they leave. They are a pleasure to have working in our home.

I have been utilizing Flooring Diva’s services for 6 years now, I started with hard wood on the main floor of my house. Just recently I had them supply hardwood and carpet for the second floor to update the second floor and stairs. They installed the carpet on the stairs and upper hallway and supplied the hardwood for all the rooms. They have always conducted business in a professional manner and have taken the extra steps to help get me what I wanted making sure I was satisfied with service, product and cost.

I have been dealing with Flooring Diva for 9 years. I have always had excellent service and great value. All our flooring for our home is from Flooring Diva and recently we purchased some stone and tiles and I love them! They are excellent quality and the staff was very helpful in tips and tricks for installing them.

There is no way you could ever get me to recommend this company. We hired them to install 700 sq ft. of top quality hard wood flooring in two rooms of our home. The first batch of wood was defective but on top of that the installation from their employees was truly sub-par. We had 1/4 inch gaps and some boards slide up and down. A completely garbage job. They admitted the defective wood and at first agreed to replace everything that had been installed. But then they gave us the excuse they spoke to the manufacturer and that they wouldn't stand behind thier product. This was unaaceptable but "flooring diva" couldn't care less and the usual avoding my calls and giving excuse after excuse began. After nothing was done we fired them....we refused to pay them. No one should ever hire the 'flooring diva' period
