Jessie & Kevin were very professional. They gave us a great price on the carpets. Mark their installer did such a great job we had them come again and do our upstairs as well. We would definitely recommend their services.

I had a very large flooring project of close to 2,500 sf of 7’’ hand scraped hardwood for the main floor of the house and engineered hardwood for the basement. From the first step of Kevin completing the measurements to Jessie managing the project I was never disappointed. Both Jessie & Kevin were knowledgeable. We had stone tile installed in our kitchen and living and it turned out amazing. The original tile we chose was not what we expected and Sandali jumped on it for us and we had a replacement tile brought in from the supplier immediately. Once the stone was installed the hardwood team arrived and installed the flooring in the timeframe given. Our next project was having Travertine tile installed for a wheel in shower in the bathroom as well as tile flooring. The complete job from start to finish and after all is done is stunning. We are pleased with the tile, hardwood, workmanship and price. We would recommend highly The Flooring Diva and their team, to anyone.

We have just completed our bathroom renovation and couldn’t be more pleased with the end results.

Upon entering the shop, a friendly greeting was received but the staff was not pushy. Everyone was great to work with and really seemed to listen & understand what we were looking for. We enjoyed the way the shop was laid out so we could see larger samples of flooring displayed to help us visualize what it might look like in our own space. Several tile selections grace the walls with coordinating items beside them to give you ideas. They carry a wide selection of options in all price ranges. Sandali in particular was very helpful & patient while we selected the perfect products & did not disappoint on promised delivery times.
