Home Inspection review in London

The home inspection that was performed missed existing water damage on the entire east wall of the basement of the house. I could not get back in to the house until after the deal closed. When I invited the inspector back to review it, he acknowledged that he must have missed it. When I asked for some help in doing the repairs, he ignored my requests and ultimately refused to do anything. I cannot recommend Doug to anyone. The value of the home inspection was nil with this glaring error.
