estimate" of $800 +taxes which ballooned to $1600 when bill was
presented. I was shocked!! Was able to negotiate a lower price after huge
undo stress and frustration. GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE FROM THIS
COMPANY!!

Hello Ms. Vesh, thank you for the review. All potential customers are advised that an in-home estimate is recommended for an accurate estimate as you were. You did say that you did not think one was not necessary as you thought you had low volume of items. Based on information given, we provided a ballpark estimate and again advising strongly to an in home estimate. Upon arrival to residence, van operator called office letting us know that volume is considerably more than advised by homeowner.
