I had a problem with our rented water heater. The gas would not ignite and stay on to heat the water in the water heater. Quaid the plumber that worked on the water heater had to trouble shoot the problem and spent a longtime to try and resolve the issue. I observed how he worked which was very professional and courteous considering the frustration on solving the issue. It should be noted that 2 technicians had come prior to Quaid visit and could not solve the issue. Quaid worked long and hard replacing the gas valve sensors etc...checking the chimney for blockages etc..he tried everything possible to get it to work , however in the end a new water heater was installed to replace the old one..but I had to admire how Quaid did everything he could to fix the old water heater and remained professional and courteous despite what must have been very frustrating.
